Shipping in Lithuania

The order will be sent via „Omniva” or „LP Express”. From parcel machine to parcel machine. So our customers will get parcel to the self-service terminal. „Omniva” or „LP Express” will inform the recipient of arrival of the parcel by SMS message. The recipient may come and pick up the parcel at any time of the day.
Shipping costs 2 €.

Shipping to EU

Items will be sent via registered postal services Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian post). Your order will be sent during 1-3 days after the payment is made. Shipping costs 19 €.

Returns

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Send email with return request to info@daugirdaite.com

When returning items to us, please ensure they are in “as new” condition, well packaged in their original packaging and protected. We cannot guarantee full refund in case of damaged returns.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer a free returns service. You are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it might take up to 5 working days for the funds to be received back into your account.
